Order a half steer for yourself or to share with your friends and family.

All of our beef is dry-aged for at least two weeks to achieve maximum flavor and tenderness. All steaks are cut to a thickness of approximately 1-1.25 in. 

With a split-half steer, you will receive approximately 150-250 pounds of beef. You will need 7-9 cubic feet of freezer space to store a half steer. 

With this round of orders, you can expect to receive the following from a half steer:

  • New York Strips & Filets
  • Delmonico (Boneless) Rib Steaks
  • Various Steaks
  • Chuck Roast
  • Brisket
  • Various Roasts
  • Short Ribs
  • Stew Cubes
  • Soup Bones 
  • Ground Beef

Half Steer Orders are priced at $6.00/lb and are based on the hanging weight of the steer. This price includes all butchering and wrapping fees, as well as transportation from the processor back to the farm. 

Final prices and hanging weights will be provided about one week after processing begins. Final order weights may be estimated as approximately 60% of the hanging weight.

To hold your order, we require a $300 non-refundable deposit due upon check out. This amount will be credited towards your final price. 

Final payments will be due prior to pick-up.
